Recreational Fields & Facilities

Patriot Partners' conceptual plans could include the creation of approximately 100 acres of community-accessible public open space and recreation areas should the Town choose to pursue recreational uses on the landlocked parcel. The fields and facilities may include baseball and softball fields; multi-purpose fields for football, soccer, lacrosse or field hockey; as well as a community recreation center. Patriot Partners' plans also incorporate up to four miles of walking and biking trails throughout the parcel. The recreational fields and facilities would be available for the Burlington community and developed in collaboration with the Burlington Recreation Commission.
