Patriot Partners is a real estate partnership that includes Atlantic Management and Mohawk Partners, LLC. Atlantic Management, led by President Joseph Zink, owns and manages approximately 3.5 million square-feet of property. Mohawk Partners, headed by Partner Stephen Rice, is a commercial real estate investment and development company based in Framingham, Mass. Since 1997, Mohawk Partners has acquired and developed more than $500 million of property in New England and Colorado.

Patriot Partners’ recent projects include the development of Wayside Commons, a 200,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Burlington, and the redevelopment of the former Raytheon headquarters into the 700,000-square-foot Lexington Technology Park, which is a 96.5-acre office and R&D campus situated at Route 2 and Route 128 in Lexington. Patriot Partners has a positive local track record and is known for pioneering developments that generate job growth, increase tax revenue and meet regional needs.
