Burlington Landlocked Parcel Today

The Town of Burlington entered into an option agreement with P.C. Burlington, Inc. (Cadillac Fairview), the primary property owner at the time. Patriot Partners has a controlling interest in P.C. Burlington, Inc., and today is working with a Town-led Study Committee to explore development options for the site. Any final decision to sell and develop the property would need approval by Town Meeting and the State.
